We were dire, we were awful, we lacked ideas, our body language was all wrong, & instead of ranting on twitter the way back then was for a letter to be sent to the football post most weeks telling us how bad we were & talking about the need for change.
Motivating people that don't want to be here & who we don't want here long term, is a very difficult trick to pull off.

The simple fact of the matter, Norwich have outclassed Forest on and off the pitch for about 15 years. I don't take any joy in typing that.
All the Forest chickens are coming home to roost in this season (well, half of them are on loan...so...well...you know what I mean...). There's a laundry list of capitulations, petulance, self inflicted wounds and hubris what have brought Forest here. 7 places off bottom. By people who are paid alot more money and who should know better.
I don't like the fact that the top 7 are a list of 'crap clubs' who have earned the right to be there. Forest fans aren't 'easily' pleased. We've had the best. Just not for a good, long while. The fact that they are all in the top 7 and Forest are not can't be pinned on a manager who came in late and a mediocre squad constructed before his arrival.
Aitor getting sacked by Birmingham not ring any bells? At least Knocker seems to have made an honest call on Karanka's time here.
Should have listened to Martin. We'd have been further ahead and in no way bottled any play offs. See what happens when you back sulky players that are journey men but can't be bothered to run up a hill in Nottingham? And what seemed like not backing a Forest legend(s) to the point where a glittering CV can't continue? Can't be the player's fault, right? But I'll brood on that one. And we'll never know. (Another manager without a pre-season...or a Summer squad of plays of his own to pick from.)
But fair play to Warburton, he's stuck to his guns with a club that are (were?) broke. And they are higher than Forest.
Yeah. For 16k to 30k a week. Sure. They should have got close to Norwich in the 1st half. We all know that. RUN! ROUGH 'EM UP! DON'T RESPECT THEM THAT MUCH! GET IN THERE! STOP THEM PLAYING! IT'S WHAT YOU'RE PAID (ALOT) FOR!!
