I called on the club to sign domestic players last summer and that began to happen. I asked for an experienced championship manager and that happened. He's got Gary brazil scouting domestic players and there's good stuff happening away from the football. He now needs to help Hughton mould his squad, which will be as much about re-signing loan players and releasing unwarted players as it is about bringing new faces in. if he sticks with Hughton we'll move forward again. I'm certain of it.

It's ironic we got soundly beaten by Norwich. A club who have soundly beaten us off the pitch in the last 15 years. And they stuck with Daniel Farke® even when he finished 14th in this 1st season. They're reaping the rewards now. As Hughon ruefully noted, some of their players have been doing that for 3 years and are well drilled and they have quality (in all the areas we don't.). Quickness of thought and body (as noted by Hodge.)
They even kept him when they got relegated. Because they could see the big picture for a club like Norwich.
Picture the contrast between the two clubs. Typified by last night's result. I can't grudge Norwich their success.
