Clearly there's not much happened on the application in a while. As such, expect another extension to the deadline if there's still dialogue going on. Or the club could refuse to extend and request a decision, thus calling the council's hand who will have to then refuse it. The significance of a refusal is that the club can then appeal and the decision is then made by the government inspectors rather than the council itself. But, my view is that the flats elements is too large and over bearing so there's a good chance an appeal would be lost.
Marinakis wants the flats to help pay for the stand..? Ergo the over bearing nature of them..?
