A few of us have been saying this for a long time, Woany. 71 players and 5 managers in 3 seasons, its no wonder we keep failing.
The key word here is Strategy. We need one that we stick with, something that remains consistent despite the inevitable comings and goings of both players and managers. It is something we have never had.
