Sorry, but if you've spent 50 years supporting the club and putting thousands upon thousands of pounds into it, you're further in front of the queue than a 16 y/o with his first ST IMO.
You say “not so much less” then directly contradict it.
I’ve also spent tens of thousands of pounds over many years, following Forest, that doesn’t give me any more right than anyone else. In fact I’ve been fortunate to witness better times than said 16 year old.
The two lads who sat next to me were in their teens and went to every game pre lockdown home and away. It was their second season as a season ticket holder. They shouldn’t be treated lesser due to their age.
With that argument I could say if you’re over 50 you shouldn’t be allowed in because you’ve less to offer the club financially over your remaining life span compared to someone thirty years your junior.
Just thought it'd be a nice gesture. You disagree, fair enough. But nothing you say has changed my mind.
Like I say, I don't see it as downgrading other fans, I see it as celebrating long standing fans.
