No coincidence that this is best position we have been in for a long time, a solid bet now (for the neutrals) for top 6. Like all teams in this league, alot depending on avoiding key injuries. Noticed that DirtyLeeds had a very thin bench yesterday. A couple more injuries and they could drop off even more......
But back on thread, Sabri has to finish the job now. When do we extend his contract for another year? Would be a bit annoying to get in top 6 and then a.lose him to a top French side he has links with.
Lampard got a top job based on getting sheep in top 6, with 2 players who have since become England players. Sabri's would be a bigger achievement from what he inherited in my opinion.

Time to get that contract extension out of the drawer.

Anyone else noticed that he's become very animated on the touchline of late?

^ This.
Lets hold our nerve for once and ride this storm out and stick with Sabri.
Thank God we DID hold our nerve and we didn't press the panic button after those string of defeats..
In Sabri we trust.
I scrutinised (and enjoyed) Marinakis' New Year message about being in the play offs with a tight smile. It's nice to hear from our visionary and ruthless owner.
If not for those two wins, Forest wouldn't even have been 9th.
Still, let's not wonder about that 'other' universe.
The Coach, Forest and our Owner. They have done well so far.
'If you want to get into it...you have to get into it. If you want to get into it...' Hawk Wind.
Much will depend on injuries and essential additions in January. This is where we need recruitment to really step up and give 'The Coach' all that needs.
More please.

Sabri Lamouchi now has the 3rd best start after the first 29 games played as Forest manger in their history.
That is very impressive.

I’ve got to say how bloody great it is that we’re mid January window and there’s no rumblings about the manager.

My biggest wish for this season was that we end it with the same manager that we started with. I genuinely think if we can finish next season with him in charge too we will be in the premier league.
