That’s not the case, we have a clause to convert to a Perm

Not that bothered...to be honest..if we win promotion we will need better to stay up...if he is not good enough for West Ham to play in the Premiership...he will not be good for us eighter...same apllies for most of our squad...we need them to get to the promised land ...once there we will be needing better...i emphasise...most of them not all of them...

Post reporting otherwise, and that at the moment it's just a season-long loan.

Talk from the West Ham end is that his injury will keep him out for the rest of 2018 and he's returning to them for treatment. Awful news for him and us if true but not a surprise. It looked a nasty one.

That’s a shame but if we can have back in say January then that would be a good addition for second half of the season. Be like a new signing

What is a shame and something I don’t understand. Why didn’t we sub Byram straight away. I know the lad wanted to continue as trying to make an impression but the physio to blame for not actually judging the knee when he was on field checking Byram. To let him continue for nearly 10 minutes could have really done more damage.

Bad decision to let him carry on.

Sad news if he has gone back to West Ham and we probably won't see him in a red shirt again if that is the case.

The writing was on the wall when we signed Janko so it's no surprise but still disappointing.

Not good but from a selfish viewpoint at least it was only a loan.

I remember Nathan Tyson carrying on playing for a fair bit after he did his ACL. He said he knew straight away what had happened but the red mist descended and he didnt want to come off. Suspect Byram was trying to play through the pain too.

But that is where the Physio comes into play with a better diagnosis, and manager to make a quick decision.
