Worth going back to the ridiculous decision to let that kid take the decisive 5th penalty too. What awful management that was, I notice our takers were the attackers/senior players. Freuler should perhaps take all penalties based on that one, wonder if he's taken them in shootouts for Switzerland. Surridge pen was a good save I thought (whereas Neves penalty was awful). Good to see other senior players like Worrall, Colback taking them, thought it was destined for an MGW winning penalty. Ballsy he took one although I had him down as a banker to miss particularly given his penalty in the playoffs was not good.

I don't know about anyone else but I was just saying "not Dennis, not Dennis" haha. Was relieved with Colback stepped up, maybe a bit harsh yes.

Glad there was no VAR on the last penalty too, looked like Henderson was possibly off his line...

Hendo had his toe on the line. I watched it back this morning and paused the telly to check.  It was a brilliant piece of keeping. World class save.

Cool, good to know, had been meaning to check. Was such a bad pen, barely even reached him. He's a top penalty stopper though, will be missed if we got to a shootout in semis. Sign him up!

Watch it back Wassy. Its a class act in goalkeeping.  He makes the goal so small by coming off his line rapidly. How he managed to keep his toe on the line while doing so is remarkable. It was definately a penalty saved rather than missed.

This rule change has really improved goalkeeping on penalties, they seem to get more push off from the back foot. Can't believe no-one tried that previously!

Just seen this, no penalty IMO,  the Wolves player changed his run away from the ball to impede Dennis and lost his boot in the process.

Apparently we have asked Man Utd permission to play Henderson in the semi?

If you listen carefully you can actually hear Erik Ten Hag laughing all the way from Manchester.

If you don't ask, you don't get.

I know mate and if I was Cooper would ask too.
They would be absolutely mad to say yes though.

Interesting one though as if they have the intention of keeping Henderson next year there is an argument to say yes. Not going to go down well with him if they say he can't play in a semi final. Also, perhaps further persuasion to a permanent deal.

I wonder if you're allowed to agree an extra fee just for these games.

Whats the price to Man U of a major trophy though? They arent going to risk that even if they do think its very likely they will steamroller little Nottingham Forest.

I honestly think Hendo has burned all bridges back to Old Trafford TBH. Plus, I doubt Utd will want to offer one of their players that have slagged them off any favours in the future

Lopetegui to be investigated by the FA for squaring up to MGW after the match. Looks like *that* could be what started the brouhaha.
