Think he’s a bit moody and selfish, but I guess a lot of forwards are

Doesn't seem the happiest of customers.

He'll think a lot of himself.  What's that?  16 goals so far this season?  I guess he can be a bit full of himself.

We've certainly missed his threat up front.

They are not, I've had one myself, as well as painfully at times, they're also very annoying & frustrating during recovery because you only feel it when you feel it. Just because you might not feel it when you're sitting eating breakfast, or when you step outside the door, doesn't mean you won't feel it when you start to walk faster or run.

They're one of those Spanish Inquisition ones that always leap out at you unexpectedly.

I hated having mine.

It's very frustrating when you get injured doing what you enjoy.

You push the human body (especially when you weren't fully fit to begin with) and you just do more damage.  Tendon injuries take a long time to heal even if they ever fully do.  Then you're left with managing the condition long term if you're not careful.

From power lifting in the gym, I've pulled an adductor, Psoas, hand tendon, bicep tendon...and they take about half a year to heal up, minimum.  (I guess I don't have a swat team of experts to call upon...though I do see a chiro and Masseur (no, not THAT type...) to 'manage' me...)

The harder you push...

It's not like a car where you can replace the breaks or clutch.  If you do your knee, a tendon...a hamstring...you drive them hard...you can't put a plaster on these things.

I don't think the Forest public always grasp that.  I certainly didn't before I started going to the gym back when.

And didn't we have a striker...not so long back that was out for just about all of his contract due to his 'achilles' problem?

He tried that last year and failed miserably although I think the fee was 4M Euros so not surprised.
We will probably get about 900,000 for him in the summer so he would have served the purpose that he was signed for.

If our sister club helps us with revenue raising from moving players around, that's fine by me.

Watford did very well for themselves with Udinese B?

He's back: Sam Bryam returns to training with the rest of the Forest squad... and could be ready to deliver a boost for Martin O'Neill...

Really pleased for the lad, hope he can fit a couple of games in for us between now and the end of the season.

not convinced byram will ever be fit.

He has s such a good player at this level though. His 20 minutes or so against Newcastle was brilliant. Great assist from a magnificent cross and then a superb tackle that ultimately injured him.

Heff was brilliant too in that game against Newcastle and look at how well he's done!

Seriously, cant see how Byram will get in the team ahead of Darikwa or Janko this season, unless there's some games at the back end of the season with nothing to play for and the club want to have a look at him as a signing for next year.
