Agreed, Cooper took way more stick for much more marginally negative decisions than playing 4 central midfielders at home. I think the lack of ambition at home to a mid table team was disappointing and opened us up to a narrow loss.

Agreed, Cooper took way more stick for much more marginally negative decisions than playing 4 central midfielders at home. I think the lack of ambition at home to a mid table team was disappointing and opened us up to a narrow loss.

Cooper hadn't won for 13 games (now 19).

We don't have that problem under Nuno thank God.

I'm aware there were more issues with Cooper than just the negative tactics, doesn't mean this isn't comparable. 

Comparing two very similar tactics is fine though, fwiw I'm ok and was ok previously with playing low block style negative tactics away against better teams. Just at home to a team we decimated last year, I'd of expected a similar tactic to that, is that not fair?

One thing that surprises me about Nuno, if he's going to play negatively, why not play the same tactic he used so effectively with Wolves? If he doesn't want to pick wingers, then why not play wingbacks? More of a question than a criticism but he can't have thought we'd create much playing with 4 central midfielders yesterday.

I am a bit grumpy and fed up.

I am sitting here with blood clots in my leg and Mrs. Sniffer is sitting here with a broken/snapped fibula.

I have enough negativity going on without having to read it on this forum too.
