RE: Next Few Games - RyanR - 05-02-2023 I don’t get to many games due to living in the South West. I’m going to both Fulham and West Ham and I can’t wait. Last game I went to was Southampton away and the one before that was Bristol City (the Lyle game). Hopefully I’ll get to see two more wins! Its one of those that on paper would make me think home win but I thought that last year. Im hopeful we may get a surprise 1-1 v City. In August we were in awe of them. I think we will show them a little less respect this time around. RE: Next Few Games - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 13-02-2023 Next two after Saturday against City are MASSIVE. Yep if we can beat Everton at home we are in a good position. Everton play Leeds next weekend, so there is a chance we could put real daylight there if we can beat Everton. RE: Next Few Games - Mcforest - 13-02-2023 Just need to get through the Man City game with no more injuries. RE: Next Few Games - Red Dog - 13-02-2023 Well it seems that the bookies are still on our side RE: Next Few Games - DeesideRed - 13-02-2023 (13-02-2023, 10:12 AM)Mcforest Wrote: Just need to get through the Man City game with no more injuries. Agree. RE: Next Few Games - zicorice - 15-02-2023 Things change so quickly- No more CBs available if we get any knocks. One game at a time......though 2 injuries at a time!! Beating Everton would make 7 with 2 other winnable games plus the Spurs one (which may well coincide with their champs league game) If we could win 2 of these next 4 games (particularly if it was West Ham and Everton) it really feels like we could break the back of this relegation battle. I see it as an opportunity rather than a necessity. RE: Next Few Games - DeesideRed - 20-02-2023 Personally think spurs game is more winnable than Everton now Dyche got his feet under the table there. Spurs are proper odd team, can't believe they are in the top 4. That's 4th place Spurs away who just beat City at home a few weeks ago or 17th placed Everton at home where we are unbeaten in the league since September. I get Spurs aren't amazing but the Everton is way more winnable. Dyche has started well obviously the bounce has worn off by the time we play them. They've got Arsenal away before our game weirdly which is good for us too. They've tightened up a bit as you'd expect but still don't have many goals in them.
