Those trips are about commercialisation first rather than player welfare and fitness. It's about the money and club profile in certain parts of the world.
I think we would benefit more by going to Spain again, our profile will lift massively all by itself should we secure a top 5 birth and enter the champions league. 5th is getting more and more likely, Feyernoord did us a massive favour knocking out Milan last night.

Three of Nottingham Forest’s Premier League fixtures in April have been selected for live UK coverage, with two match dates changing in turn.
The visit of Manchester United to The City Ground on Tuesday, April 1 has been selected for coverage by TNT Sports and will now kick-off at the slightly later time of 8pm (GMT). The date of the fixture remains unchanged.
The following weekend, Forest travel to Villa Park to face Aston Villa on Saturday, April 5 with the game now kicking off at the later time of 5.30pm (GMT). The match will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.
