Good move and - from what can be seen on the photos - looks like it'll be really smart!

Good move by the club.

Seemed like he pretty much retired when he left us

Really good long read in The Athletic today about the City Ground, which is approaching its 125th anniversary as the club's home.

Apparently EM is desperately trying to find some room for some extra seats so we can get our attendance to over 30,000.

SR here's a good idea, build a replacement stand?

Yeah I thought that reading the article. Seems to have been quite a bit of work to upgrade the PT stand particularly behind the scenes which is great but you also kind of think, you don’t go to that expense and effort if its going to be a temporary affair.

Worth emphasising that both EM and Cooper fully behind this community support which is great to see, especially considering neither are local they both get the importance of embracing the city.

Went in the new shop on Saturday and it's very nicely done up inside. Not as big a selection of stock available as the main store at the ground, but more than the previous offering. They also offer shirt name and number printing there which is great as it means no need to go out to the ground to get it done.

Apparently we have submitted a complaint about Attwell to PGMOL, for what it's worth.

Nicholas Randall stepping down as Chairman to become a non-executive director.

New Chairman will be Tom Cartledge - CEO of the group who I think include Benoy, the architects who designed the proposed new stand.

I do like the sound of this. Great move by EM.

Tom seems like a good fella. Huge fan and will know too well what the club needs off the field to kick us on.

Nice that QC is still with us also.
