RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Tricky - 12-03-2019 I still think filling in the corners would be a bad thing, especially the Trent End/Peter Taylor stand corner. I love getting that first peek into the ground as I cross Trent Bridge. I have also said in a previous post, that i think making the Lower Bridgford safe standing would be perfect for those of us who like to sing and jump about like the olden days of the old Trent End. Plus the acoustics are probably the best in the ground for noise being directed outwards, rather than upwards. I am sure the club could accommodate the away fans in the Lower Clough stand and just hold them back for a few minutes to allow the home fans to make their way out of the stadium first, like the good old days RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Strawberry Avenger - 12-03-2019 (12-03-2019, 05:57 PM)Tricky Wrote: I still think filling in the corners would be a bad thing, especially the Trent End/Peter Taylor stand corner. The anticipation...that little reveal...like a girl's blouse that is slightly... (Stay on thread topic, SA...) 2nd point. Acoustics and 'good ol' days? Count me in. SA. RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Mcforest - 13-03-2019 Things must be moving along as they have capped the number of season tickets available for next season at 20000 RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Username - 13-03-2019 (13-03-2019, 01:24 PM)Mcforest Wrote: Things must be moving along as they have capped the number of season tickets available for next season at 20000 Where did you read / see that? RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - woody - 13-03-2019 Apparently the two rowing clubs will be completely demolished and rebuilt further up the river. That will create a nice open space by the side of the ground RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Kranky - 23-04-2019 Bit of a random one. With the news Karanka walked because the original long term 3 year plan was ripped up and replaced with a 2 year plan. Is their any cause for concern regarding the stadium development? Is Marinakis going to change his mind on the stadium? I'd hate for it not to happen now. Been long overdue for years. RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Sausage Roll - 23-04-2019 All the stuff in the press said that the stadium was not dependent on which division we're in. Zero chance Marinakis wanted to upgrade Stadium from the day he bought the club RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Duncan Mckenzie - 24-04-2019 (23-04-2019, 08:50 PM)Kranky Wrote: Bit of a random one. RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - Kranky - 24-04-2019 Same reason why i question the likes of Randell and Marinakis. If Karanka says he quite then theirs a good chance he did because he's done it before. RE: The 2 Infrastructure Projects - ThePromisedLand - 01-05-2019 £100m to redevelop the ground! Where’s that coming from? And I assume Marinakis will own the ground - and not continue to lease? |
