Can't say I like the way it was handled and I don't think I am alone in that. Can see the logic in Glasner but will take me a while to get used to the idea. Vitor gained my respect for seeing the obvious on the pitch and tweaking the team accordingly and for making good and logical subs in most cases, and being a good guy who cared and looked after the squad.
Can't say I like some of the sniping Glasner did at his last club towards the end, however on paper he is a higher end manager so I will eventually accept this change.
Have to also throw back the Randall comment from years back about our club aspiring to behave with the dignity of old school Arsenal or something along those lines. We're a long, long way from that in the eyes of ours fans and even further in the eyes of the rest of football, and that I really don't like.

?? Oliver Glasner will sign a three year deal at Nottingham Forest, all done after verbal agreement.

Glasner will lead #NFFC project with involvement also in transfer plans.

I think our defence is set up nicely for playing three at the back. Murillo, Milenkovic and Jair Cunha feels like a great three once they get used to it and in Williams, Aina and Netz we've got three players well-suited to playing wing-back. Not as sure about Savona - he might be better as one of the central three (if he stays).

Midfield will be interesting. Does Sangare get more license to push forward? And further forward more interesting still. Jesus and MGW behind Wood? That leaves a lot of out-and-out wingers without an obvious position.

If we stick with Glasner's preferred set-up then a lot of players are going to need to adapt to be part of it.
