If it finishes like that and Villa win tomorrow then they already clinch a CL spot regardless of Sunday.

That's not correct, Villa would need to finish 5th for that scenario to apply.

(Very possible as their last game is City away)

Oh - I thought it was if they were anywhere in the top five.

How come it's only fifth?

It's to do with that extra spot for CL, it comes below Europa League in Hierachy so if Europa winner finishes 5th, that spot gets pushed to 6th. Otherwise 5th just goes to the league.

Don't ask me why they are the rules!

I work in Bournemouth and have to drive past their Red Army banners every day.

Their fans are sooooo smug and full of it.

Would love nothing more than to beat them.

Did I mention I hate them?

At least there’s not many of them

Great goal by MGW.

RE: Nottingham Forest - Bournemouth - Stojanm - 24-05-2026

Why can we never beat Bournemouth!!!

RE: Nottingham Forest - Bournemouth - stirred - 24-05-2026

It was a bit of an anticlimax, could have been parading the Europa trophy around. Small margins (well, injuries…)

RE: Nottingham Forest - Bournemouth - Stojanm - 24-05-2026

How were MGW, Anderson and Williams at the end of the game. Did they look like they were saying their goodbyes.

Sky just focused on Bournemouth and their players at the end of game

RE: Nottingham Forest - Bournemouth - Chicago - 24-05-2026

Cunha struggled mightily against their wingers. I still rate him but he is not a full back. I think putting Netz on and Williams across certainly helped.

Bournmouth weren't really much better than us today yet the commentary was sucking their arse. Especially Junior Kroupi. Which is weird because Morgan has two more goals than him and they only mentioned the England snub once and basically said Tuchel was fine to leave him out because of choices....

Anderson being applauded off definitely seems like a goodbye. Villa smashed citeh yet allowed Spuds to stay up. They are on my naughty list. Watching the game was relaxing even thilst juggling a 2 week old kitten that we found in the street 2 nights ago. The poor cat has a neurological condition and cannot stand straight at all but she is a darling and settled into my arms to watch the game. I am glad we saved her and am glad Vitor did the same for us. I think next season regardless of whether Anderson is here and I would laugh if we made him stay EM style I think we will finish above the Muff next season. Basically because I don't like 'em. Sunderland in Europa has f****d them,. They will struggle.

Once again, a summer of fun awaits us. Definitely need a quality full back to supplement our defence. Murillo staying helps. Morato oddly pretty good today. Has someone explained football to him since Vitor turned up>. I expect having someone who speaks Porto-geez helps a fair bit.

I enjoyed this season. Just have to hope thew Scum don't get any funny ideas about Morgan replacing Fernandes. That really would f**k us.

Nuno can f**k off and I have happy about that but Spuds staying up could see them go for MGHW again as Simons is out. Maddison being back might help curb them. Hopefully DeZerbi has mental ideas and buys Mason Greenwood and doesn't go for any of our players.

Back to the Game. i think we saw the best of Sangare and the worst. He wins the ball then messes around with it. Got away with it today as the Muff were wasteful. Should have put them away with the Wood header but hey ho. I thought Hutchinson was horrible today. Should have replaced him much earlier. if it wasn't the Muff I would have liked ot have seen the young lad on the bench been given a go as he is meant to be a talent.

All in all a fun season (yeah i said it), only because we looked good at the end unlike last season were we basically looked knackered. Onwards and Upwards.

Player of the season: Neco. Although i am tempted to go for Morgan. Good luck Ando. Stay a Forest player for the World Cup at least. Hilarious that Pep lost his last game. '
'
Chicago: Looking forward not back.

Edit: Annoying that Arsenal are singing our song 'Free from Desire", to celebrate their win. Cunts.
