The reality is they've not done enough on the pitch for 36 games to warrant a place in the prem. They only have themselves to blame. RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - ozzyten10 - 06-05-2024 Looking at last years table if the points deduction would have applied then we would still stay up providing Leicester and Everton were also deducted points - it is a joke that Burnley and Luton could stay up because of our spending last year! Also, so many clubs in breach for next year anyway… RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - Spangles - 06-05-2024 Burnley have been shite this season , if they get relegated because we get a point back from four that should never have been deducted in the first place that's nothing Forest as a club should feel bad about. RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - stefanduma - 06-05-2024 I thought it was going to be announced today. Can anyway make a guess as to when? I wouldn't read too much into it with today being a bank holiday. RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - Marinakis Red - 06-05-2024 The club are expecting to hear tomorrow. Kieran Maguire on that footy insider suggesting we could get 2pts back. RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - ozzyten10 - 06-05-2024 He knows nothing… the only way we get points back is if they agree that the late declining of allowable losses is mitigation that has been overlooked unfairly and that forest did all they could to resolve it as soon as possible - achieving best value with Jonno. I can’t but help think that there is little chance of any points back be coming our way RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - The reds - 06-05-2024 (06-05-2024, 06:57 PM)ozzyten10 Wrote: He knows nothing… the only way we get points back is if they agree that the late declining of allowable losses is mitigation that has been overlooked unfairly and that forest did all they could to resolve it as soon as possible - achieving best value with Jonno. RE: Appeal For PSR Breach - Plymouth red - 06-05-2024 I'd like to think that the powers that be will look at the shambolic way this has all been handled and seek to improve it with clear time frames. The independent panel feels so secretive and the premier league gives zero communication. It's unfair on us as fans but also unfair on the supporters of other clubs. If we were in Luton's place and the team we were trying to catch could be given points back or not. It just seems cruel and that nobody knows when or how or what. It feels like we've breached some official secrets act and compromised national security rather than sold a player several weeks too late |
