RE: The Infrastructure Projects - ac_vodka - 10-07-2024 Yeah appreciate that but does it need to be disclosed to Journalists ? Which it seems it was done proactively with a positive spin ? Which it seems it was done proactively with a positive spin ? The financials don't and haven't been. The rest is open to me, you and everybody else. It's a public report published on the council website that anyone can access. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Marinakis Red - 10-07-2024 The city council cannot do anymore on this now. From there perspective that have agreed the deal to sell the land to us. That's all they control. They have agreed a price with forest with certain stipulations. I thought i was on my own with the facts here. : :

You were on the money as always Tricky. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 15-07-2024 I think EM might see us as a possible Euro 2028 host venue. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - BestwoodRed - 15-07-2024 Too late. The venues have already been shortlisted RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 15-07-2024 Pity we didn't get a move on earlier or the council didn't. It's a missed opportunity and would have been great for the city. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - BestwoodRed - 15-07-2024 Definitely, maybe for the next time (if ever) we get awarded the World Cup RE: The Infrastructure Projects - stefanduma - 15-07-2024 (15-07-2024, 09:04 AM)BestwoodRed Wrote: Definitely, maybe for the next time (if ever) we get awarded the World Cup We won't get the world cup not unless climate change turns us into a totally unsuitable venue for football and we discover some new form of energy that makes zillions. They "influence" could be used. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Sausage Roll - 16-07-2024 Hugh Casswell @HughCasswell NEW: Senior Nottingham City councillors have formally approved the sale of the City Ground freehold to Nottingham Forest The club says any decision to purchase the freehold will be conditional on receiving relevant planning permission to significantly expand the stadium. Forest were granted planning permission by Rushcliffe Borough Council in July 2022 to expand the Peter Taylor stand, which would take overall capacity to 35k The club wants to reach 40k by also expanding the Bridgford Stand which will need fresh planning permission RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Fumanchew - 16-07-2024 With benoy on board it shouldn’t take too long to draw up something, to at least get outline planning permission The next two planning meetings are Aug 8 and sep 12th |
