Thats in flood zone 3, so a high possibility of flooding. Be a right struggle getting planning on that. It has been proposed by a councillor though. I presume he did his home work first before proposing it. I wouldn't bet on that. That would be a win win... I hope we hear something sooner rather than later RE: The Infrastructure Projects - ozzyten10 - 31-05-2024 Our current site is flood zone 3 too! That is what I was thinking too Oz but without actually knowing it. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Paplane - 31-05-2024 (31-05-2024, 02:01 PM)ozzyten10 Wrote: Our current site is flood zone 3 too! Yes ,but if you stick a planning application in on a site such as that, for a new building, you have a hell of a problem with the environment agency. If that happens, I will be able to say, I have played on Forest Pitch, Forest Colts used to play their games there in the Thursday league, remember my grandad taking me to those games, I am feeling old! RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Sniffer Dog (Admin) - 31-05-2024 Rumour has it that you are older than the Acropolis Joe. I think no matter what we want to do or where we want to do it there will always be obstacles. We need to overcome them. RE: The Infrastructure Projects - Fumanchew - 31-05-2024 Chairman mentioned about signing off million pound checks with EM hopefully some of that is going into refurbishing the toilets and the plumbing! |
