Thats in flood zone 3, so a high possibility of flooding. Be a right struggle getting planning on that.

Yes ,but if you stick a planning application in on a site such as that, for a new building, you have a hell of a problem with the environment agency.

If that happens, I will be able to say, I have played on Forest Pitch, Forest Colts used to play their games there in the Thursday league, remember my grandad taking me to those games, I am feeling old!

I think no matter what we want to do or where we want to do it there will always be obstacles.

Chairman mentioned about signing off million pound checks with EM hopefully some of that is going into refurbishing the toilets and the plumbing!
