Changing managers...sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, it's always a gamble. But if you are bottom of the league with 6 points from the last 36, the worst away form in the whole football league then perhaps it would have been worth a try? You keep banging on about clubs not improving who have changed manager (which is not entirely true) but you always fail to mention that we haven't improved either and we kept our manager. We improved from where were after Leicester game when he was close to going first time round. Coops. That was always the realistic objective this season. Cooper has made mistakes this season but is that surprising. It is his first season at this level and even an experienced manager like Klopp hasn’t got everything right this season. Let’s just hope we stay up and common sense prevails and Coops is the manager at the start of next season. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Paplane - 01-05-2023 James Garner starting for Everton. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Madforit - 01-05-2023 Everton 1-0 up penalty RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Paplane - 01-05-2023 Low quality football this. But entertaining. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Shawoddyred - 01-05-2023 Think a draw is the result for me. I was favoring a Leicester win but let's have both drop points and neither getting a mental improvement! RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Joe Baker Legend - 01-05-2023 bin robbers take the lead 2-1 RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Paplane - 01-05-2023 Everton have thrown everything at this and still trail 2-1. Thats not a good sign. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Jacksbadhobbits - 01-05-2023 (01-05-2023, 08:38 PM)Paplane Wrote: Everton have thrown everything at this and still trail 2-1. Who for? Them, us, or both. I still think a draw is best for us RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Paplane - 01-05-2023 (01-05-2023, 08:42 PM)Jacksbadhobbits Wrote:(01-05-2023, 08:38 PM)Paplane Wrote: Everton have thrown everything at this and still trail 2-1. I meant for them. When you play well and still concede. Not a good sign. RE: The Premier League 2022/23 - Paplane - 01-05-2023 Everton look well dodgy at the back. Would've likes to have seen that pen go in, for the goal difference. |
