I wouldn't mind a bid for Bannan if we are in the Championship next season.

He would be Chris Burke mk2. Someone who tortured us for years but would be Forest of old to buy someone 3 years too late with their career on the decline. Hope we have stopped making that sort of mistake.

I don't know SM. Bannan is younger than both Watson and Colback.

Watson has played for years at a higher level so can afford to slow down a bit and as I keep saying there is more to his game, he is a born leader. Colback I seem to be one of the few that doesn’t particularly rate him. Wouldnt be devastated with Bannan at all just think we could be more forward thinking.

Bannan v Yates was a key battle that we clearly lost and so struggled for a point earned by the genius of Cash/Lolley. Had Silva been at his best that might have been enough.

I couldn't believe that Yates played the full game.

Twice now this season Bannan has bossed us. He's a top player at this level. I bet he smiled to himself when he saw our team sheet.

Very unfair on Yates played as important a role as any defensively and to say e had Watson out as well as Sow it could have been a disaster as it was the midfield battle was fairly even, offensively he had a bit of a mare that's a sign of confidence or lack of in this case, but nevertheless a makeshift central midfield duo stepped in and didn't shame us at all

Same with Figs, apart from anything else he was left isolated for the goal and that should never have been the case, it was defending as a team that lacked there and we lacked the leadership that would have packed the centre of the goal out, should have been a melee of bodies

Also we had Dawson on the bench he should have been on for the last 10 minutes at least even if we had gone 5 at the back, we are not a team that will dominate and rarely will we play a team off the park but close games out like that should be the key to any promotion hope we have, the small differences between Brentford away and this, but all in all a very proficient away performance made even better with the lack of Watson and Sow

Is it possible that Watson has tested positive for coronavirus?

It's possible but didn't he get a kick on the knee?
