As it is it barely works, they must have 50,000 plus email addresses of people who are likely to spend money and the likelyhood increases with quality tailored information, they could already be nurturing season tickets, even if they haven't decided i'm sure they must have a date when they will know season ticket prices
Hopefully they are thinking about sending out some taster emails even if they only allude to season tickets roll out for next season but also pay per view ... i'd take watching the game 'live' in the evening if it is legally possible and if they could include other stuff to do with the academy, cup games, women and a proper 'Forest TV' regular programme it would all be of interest to a global market
The ticket office sent a stock email back saying contact Forest TV. I have numerous times and each time they have failed to bother to reply. I am a patient man but this is testing my limits. Obviously there are problems but if there are then just say so. I am astounded that I have heard nothing.
Incredibly unprofessional.

it's only vaguely starting to make sense but the Nottingham Forest website and Forest TV seem to be 2 separate entities, i sort of want to understand but really we shouldn't have to, i realised the last game that there are 'dead ends' where even if you have bought the match ticket getting to see the game is more of a challenge than it should be.
They need to merge it all into 1 interface for everything as basically the websites sole purpose is to host, stream and give access to purchasing the games
A stand alone Forest TV player would probably work better though as all the rest of it is relatively meaningless, if anything it is damaging the customer connection, you end up in the wrong part of the website, though even this is a guess, who has 2 websites with 2 log in protocols (1 is email and the is a customer/season ticket number)

Sorry to hear that, it was match day when I had my success, I wonder if that made any difference?
Hope you get it sorted.

The ticket office came through. Forest TV have yet to reply to me. I am now a legacy subscriber which sounds fancy. So hopefully there is a pause button on Saturday as I cannot watch all the game live as I am at work. Thanks muchly fellow Forest Bods. Without your help I am pretty sure I wouldn't have seen another game this season.
