I think problem is the usernames etc have ported over but password wasn't working, so i had to reset. However computer didn't remember the reset so had to go through process again.
I find the "flow" of watching on new website far worse than before. That said I have managed on both occasions, and glad once watching not much else has changed.

I couldn't get diddly with new passwords - and again a code that was not recognized.  Also I have written to the club twice and they have not responded.  Looks like I won't be watching many more games at this rate.  It really is shoddy.

Chicago: Ready to write to Maranakis.

How are you contacting the club? Have you tried ringing? I assume by writing you mean email not literally sending letters right?!

Yes email.   The club left me a link saying: Having problems please contact the support team on this email.  That is what I did.  That is where I am.  Nada.

Chicago: Blowing in the wind.

PS: not a rights issue as I had zero issues with I-follow.

Well I'm out of ideas, I'd keep ringing and demanding refunds, that usually gets people talking

i just had a search around for any information about website problems, didn't see any, but some guy called Tom Peacock's linked in praising all these wonderful partners who have done such a fantastic job, the poor communication combined with hyped up propaganda isn't helping this club, they should anticipate teething problems and hold back on the high 5's, shows what a site for deluded's linked in is

after the last couple of months having to grapple with HMRC website regarding tax and the NHS websites and useless information about covid jabs i ain't even going to bother trying to buy a ticket today, i'm still waiting for the email from last week and can't even think about where to go on the website to see the game, it should be simple to buy the game, should really have a 'guest' option or a simple 'reregister' process but as it is, i can log in but not buy the game and given up trying unless someone has had an amazing experience and says 'it's all fixed and so cool'

Really pissed off now. I was an ifollow subscriber for years with no problems, now , despite creating a forest tv account, cannot watch today’s game without buying a £10 pass. Poor communication from Forest tv and auto generated emails to my queries.
Considering creating a Bristol city ifollow account and pay them ten quid to watch rather than throwing money at that shower.

i've paid the tenner, eventually found the game and getting the pre match build up with radio nott'm

the website has options that take you to 'ticketing' type stuff and asks you to log in and sort of locks you out but seems to be a separate part to where i bought the match ticket and somehow found the game though not straightforward and can envisage alot of supporters struggling even after paying the money

anyway i'm in, paid and watching ok but i don't know how i got here, quite a few dead ends and lack of obvious helpful stuff, even the payment receipt email could have a hyperlink to take you straight to the game as it is confusing, the email is very brief, they could really include a link straight to the game and like iFollow send you an email a couple of days before the game and make things so easy

i checked out Bristol City prior but there website was glitchy something about wanting me to enter my home telephone number but i couldn't see the box to fill that in, why would they want your home number anyway, gave up on that

Emailed the ticket office directly instead of the streaming service support.
They answered by return, provided a voucher code which is good for all remaining games, gave a detailed email explains how to log on etc. now watching the build up on my tv via my computer, having a slice of humble pie with my coffee.
Steve Sutton and Colin fray with the commentary....apparently freezing cold in Bristol...10;am here and a comfortable 27c at the moment. Lol....

I was very impressed with the club when I was not receiving the verification e-mail. It was an hour before kick off when I discovered the changes and had to contact the club in the vain hope that someone would be available, being Good Friday. To my surprise I got a response that they had verified for me and then followed up again a little while late to make sure I was logged on. Despite their great efforts I was then met with the notification that it was not available for broadcast in South Africa. So I turned on the telly and their it was anyway. Thanks to Ashley at the club though for sorting everything out in readiness for the next game.

Which email did you use because I have yet to receive a reply from Forest tv or the website yet.  It is a bloody catastrophe.

Steaming me.

Chicago: Still blacked out.

Thanks Pal.  Appreciate it.  Let's hope it works.

Chicago: About to dive in.

The potential business the club could generate from a good website is astounding

As it is it barely works, they must have 50,000 plus email addresses of people who are likely to spend money and the likelyhood increases with quality tailored information, they could already be nurturing season tickets, even if they haven't decided i'm sure they must have a date when they will know season ticket prices

Hopefully they are thinking about sending out some taster emails even if they only allude to season tickets roll out for next season but also pay per view ... i'd take watching the game 'live' in the evening if it is legally possible and if they could include other stuff to do with the academy, cup games, women and a proper 'Forest TV' regular programme it would all be of interest to a global market
