Agree...salary will depend in which division we play..

Get Jack straight back into the team tonight.

We have missed him. My player of the season so far.

Hope we manage to sign him in the summer, I think our chances of that happening have increased now MON and Keano are at the club.

I'm sure he considers himself to be a Forest player. The small matter of earning £40k a week was the impediment in him signing on for us permanently.

Of course, the better season he has, the better permanent deal he'll be able to strike when it does come to him signing on.

I’ll admit I was not a fan at all of colback however I’m fully able to admit how wrong I was. Whilst he may not be our best player talent wise, I would see consistency wise he’s been our best performer this season. I think when other players play his position you see the difference in quality and he’s even been contributing going forward more recently too.

Player of the season candidate? Actually a competition this year, lolley, colback, Grabban plus anyone else that steps up during the remainder of the season

Yes, refreshing for the player of the season to be a competition rather that who's been the least worst.

It's between Grabban and Colback for me. Lolley had a dip in form and was anonymous for a good 4 to 6 weeks.

Colback has been consistent and an ever present (suspensions aside). Grabban has goals.

It's tight but I'd go for Grabban simply because he's won us games with his goals. His performance on Saturday was excellent.

See I think I’m leaning Colback as it stands. Grabban was a bit average at the start of the season I thought, he was very good Saturday. If he can stay fit and play like that every week he’ll certainly get more goals though and probably overtake. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s rotated tonight for that reason.

Player of season is Colback for me, the whole team look better when he is playing. However, still plenty of time for someone to grab the glory.

Colback.  Player of the season.  No doubt for me.  He has been our most consistent player.  Never hides.

To do what he does is a particular talent and he's good at it.  It may not be the 'sexy' goalscoring position.  But he never goes missing.  Think his pass completion rate is good.

A massive miss for Forest vs Birmingham.  And part of the reason we lost while we sought an answer in his absence (and good managers find good answers.)

But the silver lining was that we found Yates, again.  Hopefully, we don't lose him again this time.

SA.

Our best and most consistent player at the moment, superb again tonight. We have far too many different central midfielders, he is the only one with real quality, really need to get his contract sorted.

Yates can be definitely but not there yet. There is someone on the management team who knows a thing or two about playing in his position though, I cant think of anyone better to help him develop.
