On second thoughts - perhaps best not.
There are certain guys on here that have a very good insight into most things down NG2 & they are consistent in backing DT. They are not blinded by some of the defence of our owners.
We all want our owners to succeed - that goes without saying. But to suggest that DT is disingenuous is just ridiculous.
Can I ask Sniff that you close this thread.
It - I fear - despite the best efforts of both camps is going nowhere.
Probably a fair point, I'm not sure anyone's opinion has changed. There's unlikely to be a resolution either as most of the things can not be proved either way.
The problem is thread or no thread, every time he speaks it'll get mentioned. At least this thread silos it in one place

I'm not even sure the things Sniff has debunked were even said.
I see no evidence DT has claimed Oly are cherry picking players. If anything he says Silva wanted to leave.
Sabri openly admitted he wasn't allowed to play Ribeiro or Carvalho that one game.
As far as I can see it the quotes Sniff refers to have been twisted away from what was said. Which is understandable given he's openly admitted to not reading The Athletic or following him on twitter.

There is some unnecessary anger directed at each other on this thread, basically arguing about whether something someone has said is true or not. All seems a bit petty and pointless. Then again thats what Mrs M says whenever she sees me on here.

No not at all, this is a perfect example of how one statement can be twisted wrongly instantly.
I was saying that most of the quotes he's referred to are second hand information and not what was actually said. No-one is calling anyone a liar and he's openly admitted he doesn't read these articles.
Also, if you could link me to that article that'd be great?

Haha based on the below post directed at me, I now agree with you. Although Mrs M is right, everyone we say on here is petty and pointless :D

What I find interesting is the effect that Taylor's comments are having on fans and the club. You only have to read through this thread to see it and Social Media is full of division too.
Some though seem to think that what Taylor is doing is a good thing :huh:
