Goal of the Season 25/26

For all the fact it wasn't a great season there are some pretty good goals to choose from.

For me it's between Sangare's against Spurs and MGW's against Man City - both involving good build-up play and outrageous finishes.

MGW's third against Burnley and the volley against Man U were also pretty special too.

I've just reviewed them myself and was torn between those two very goals also. I think the thing that tipped me was the opposition in the end, and it being something special to attempt in that moment let alone pull of. Although I think Sangare's deserves something with the move and finish.

But had to go MGW

Fair comment. MGW's goal was to pull us level at a ground where we've got nothing since we were promoted. In fact I think that was our first goal there since being back in the PL. Sangare's was when already quite comfortable at 2-0 up.

That MGW goal vs Man City was incredible, that replay from behind the goal where Donnaruma just looks confused as the ball goes past him. Just an amazing goal.

Jesus vs Brentford unlucky not to be on there too.

Yeah - I'd say that was better than Ndoye's in the Europa.

I went for MGW's back heel too but second on my list was Murillo V Fenerbache. He shrugs off two defenders and sticks it bottom corner. Top quality and an important goal in an important game.

Dominguez’s header away in Midtyjlland needs a little more love.

Can't think of any better, though Neco's cross for Taiwo's goal away at Spurs was pretty damn good too.
