Nightmare team selection this one. Do you make loads of changes to rest players for Spurs? If so do those players ecen travel, what if it goes to extra time? So many tough choices here. My guess is 4/5 changes but I think its an impossible choice.

I’m guessing this will be my last European trip for another thirty years!

Don't be so sure, I reckon we sneak it 1-0 and then win on penalties. Worst result for the league situation but it would be very Forest.

Its a tragedy its come to this but we have to rotate as many as possible. We spent so much money to enable us to do exactly that and get a result but...you know the rest.

What does a rotated team even look like? I would go 3 CBs again.

Sels
Cunha (if fit) Abbott Morato
N'Doye Bakwa (wingbacks)
Dominguez Yates
Mcatee CHO
Jesus (refuse to pick Lucca)

Won't rotate that much surely but that's what you can do.

The fact that we lost the home leg, and drew against Fulham, means VP has little choice but to rest lots of the usual 1st teamers.
There is no guarantee on current form that if we go strong we will win there, and the risk isn't worth taking. Would have been different if we beat Fulham.

Spurs game is more important. I'd rotate the team as much as possible. I genuinely think it wouldn't matter what team we put out - I just don't see us beating them.

If you were to design a team to beat Forest they're it. Massive, physical, pressing, cloggers. We just won't beat them.

Rest MGW, rest anderson, rest Sangare.

They're the 3 we need for Spurs.

Something like that Wassy, and I would stick Lucca in there. I'd leave the big guns at home. I wouldn't even ask them to travel.
