Same team again, kill the tie and make subs on 60 mins?
Or rotate from the start and keep us fresh for Brighton? Small chance it backfires spectacularly.
Either way, unpopular opinion I would be tempted to start Bakwa. He desperately needs a confidence boost if he is going to make any impact this season, if he doesn’t in this game he never will.

I think 3-0 up I'd risk it personally and make changes. Maybe not 11 but certainly 5 or 6 with a view to taking the others out early 2nd half.
If it did backfire it would be an absolute disaster though and kill all the positive vibes so can see why you don't do that!

Good game to try a change of system to 3 at the back as the tie is surely over and at LEAST try 2 up top. Watching the 1st game we have already enough in the bag to get into the next round, also rest a few for the weekend which is more important.

What is it with this desperation for two up top? If Sean 442 Dyche didnt do it, no-one else will.
Is there another team in the league (aside from Man City in the last few games), that play 2 up top? I would doubt it.

If we did have 2 up front we would either lose a midfielder or defender and we really can't afford to do that at the moment.

Yesterday, In a 0-0 game they scored in the 95th minute. And then they conceded an equaliser in the 101st minute.

Get to half time with close to first team. Maybe throw in the dependable backups like Dommy and rest Anderson.
Then make the call.

Sounds like they have an injury mess
Update
MR imaging has been conducted today at @MedicanaSaglik Ataşehir Hospital for our footballers Çağlar Söyüncü, Anderson Talisca, Ederson, and Jayden Oosterwolde following the injuries they sustained during yesterday's match against Kasımpaşa.
As a result of the examinations conducted;
• Partial tear in the right hamstring of our footballer Çağlar Söyüncü,
• Partial tear in the left hamstring of our footballer Anderson Talisca,
• Strain in the left hamstring of our footballer Ederson,
• Strain in the right groin area of our footballer Jayden Oosterwolde have been detected.
Fred and Oosterwalde also suspended I think.
Surely cannot mess this up.
