They on a decent run of form themselves. Be a tough game this.

A big game feel about it ahead of the busy Christmas period, big backing at home on Saturday again to fire us closer to that top 6.
Really fancy us to turn it on, should be a good game in general with Hull trying to be expansive in recent games too.

Forest could see themselves on the very edge of the play offs with a win. No easy games in the Championship. Hull included. But Forest should go into this with some confidence after a fine win at Swansea. About now would be a good time to go on a winning run over Christmas to try and breach the play offs. Then what happens in January is critical. SA.

Our home form need to improve, hopefully the win at Peterborough will give them some confidence.

What we have improved at home is the amount we are conceding, we have 3 clean sheets in a row at home now, that enables you to really put a string of results together, previously we always had to score 2 to win a game at home. It has been an improvement. Now we need a run of home victories to back up our away results. Things are turning.

Staying grounded. Tough match. I've found that in recent years when i start getting excited, this league has a nasty habit of kicking me in the groin. That charlton game after the leeds match where we were bubbling with confidence but came undone at home against a struggling side springs to mind.
Having said that, i've been impressed by Cooper's mental resolve. So far, the team has been hugely professional regardless of opposition. Although not always played well, i have never felt any player has given less than 100% and that is a promising sign and his record against teams in lower half has been very good - and we've not been able to say that very often in recent seasons

I don’t disagree and our run has been great but PPG at home, pre and post Cooper, hasn’t been good enough yet to be a top side…I think the real issue is probably down to lack of differing options on the bench. I’ll take a scruffy 96th minute one nil win with it going in off Colback’s arse.
