If this proposal goes through it would make things tougher than ever.

Will this be our year?

Lets just say that I am more confident now that Hughton is here.

Can we make history by being the first team ever to get promoted after losing the first 4 matches.

A couple more attacking additions and i think it is definitely possible Sniff ?? Hughton gets the tools he needs before friday .

My maths is not the best but I think there is 126 points to play for.

It's doable. Our season starts on Saturday.

I honestly can't see us getting past mid-table this year if we are lucky. More likely to be fighting for our championship lives this year unless we can make a huge step up in our mentality and actually pressure teams when we don't have the ball rather than playing deeper than we did under SL.

We have the players on paper to do it but they are struggling on the pitch for sure and the long it goes on the bigger the gap gets.

I will be more hopeful if we can put together a good run this month. We're in a good run of fixtures right now, good opportunity to make up for the bad start

And I thought I was the resident doom monger Mac.
From where I’m sat I believe that top 6 is more a probable than possible.

It’s practically a brand new team with a brand new manager. We have one of the best squads in the division and one of the best managers. Once the team clicks the points will follow. Confidence must be at rock bottom after the disastrous start.

A win on Friday and we’re mid table, a couple more and we are in the top six.

We will be thereabouts come the end of the season I have no doubt.

I think it will be our year despite the poor start.

A few wins and the table changes dramatically not only for us but the whole championship. I recall that every year one or two teams put on a run and suddenly people are wondering where they cam from. Swansea and Cardiff chased us down last year.

Given the squad and the manager we now have, anything lower than 6th would be failure. I fully expect us to be up there after 46 games.

Despite all the fantastic signings and Chrissy managing us, both of which I think makes us a top side, I'm feeling less confident than I had been unfortunately. Irritatingly I think Watford, Bournemouth, Brentford and Norwich will all do very well this season (sadly doesn't look like we will have the usual relegated teams doing badly). Think the rest of the Championship looks very mediocre and we're at the top of the rest for me.

Normally delusional in my positivity but just not getting the vibe right now. Couple of solid wins would sort that out I'm sure!!
