Left field suggestion, get Nathan Jones from Luton and bring Cohen back with him.

I know he was poor at Stoke but they had big problems going on there, He has worked wonders at Luton. Whether he would come to this madhouse Is another matter.

My only issue with that would be his failure at Stoke and some similarity with here with a large squad and lots of players thrown together. It would make too much sense!

Stoke were so used to long ball and his style is more football on the deck and play so it was hard to turn that around. I think he would be on a better footing here mate.
