Yeah, loved Van Breuklen, he was a class act.
Not easy to follow in Shilton's footsteps but he managed it.
Respect.

Looks like me (Duncan Mckenzie) on the left at the front and Sammy Chapman second from the right.
Paul Richardson third from the right at the back?
Is that Henry Newton, on the back fourth from the back?

Back row left to right:
Oleary, Collier, Cottam, Michael Dilnot, Harby, Paul Richardson, Piekalnietis, Shipley.
Front row Left to right:
The Gaffer, McCaffrey, Harris, Alan Buckley, Byrne
Michael Dilnot Goalie was my next door neighbour, we were schoolboy pals, he also came from Clifton All Whites team.
I always get mixed up with this, was Paul Richardson playing in the Forest game against Leeds when the Main Stand burnt down, i remember him playing in the Thursday league down Trent Embankment during those days, very tidy player.

The Main Stand fire, it looked rather nasty I have to say, thank god nobody was killed.
Nottingham Forest - Leeds United, 1968.

Scary looking at that photo.
A miracle nobody lost their life or was seriously injured.

The Main Stand barely looks different even now apart from replacing the terracing at the front with seats.
Badly in need of an upgrade, it really is time.
