everything about the Barnsley game and Sabri Lamouchi is disgraceful, set up to lose, make a desperate team look like Barcelona's finest 11 of all time, no offense Sabri
Don't take it too hard PSS, Barnsley outplayed Leeds the match before they played us and were unlucky to lose 1-0, then beat Brentford after beating us to deny them promotion. It's part of the magic of the Championship, and we get another year of it!

A few more quality additions and we should see an improvement, even with losing Cash.
Lamouchi’s style is fine as far as I’m concerned. Evolution not revolution.
Agreed ^^
We need some tweaking to the playing style no need for major change. Player upgrades too in a couple of positions and we should be good to go again.
Count me in. No need to rip it up and start again. It came very close to working last time so lets just fine tune it.

I agree that was the worse managed Forest game I can remember. I wish we'd had fans for that one, surely the abuse would've forced him to change it up.
That said I have forgiven him, I would keep the same style just adapt slightly when at home and push one of the CMs into a proper number 10 role or even play 442

I forgive him. It was the best season we have had in ages and we came within a whisker of pulling it off.
I am in the tweaking/tuning camp.

it's just the total cowardice for me, we didn't bow out of this campaign all guns blazing, the opposite, it still feels shameful, there was a discernable lack of confidence by SL and it infused into the team, spinelessly uncomfortable, if that can be tweaked and tuned out, i'm in!

There is a bigger picture to look at not just Barnsley and Stoke right at the end.
For 95% of the season we had it spot on. That is good enough for me and why I just want to see a few tweaks to our playing style here and there.

Surely the playing style will only be affected based on players in and out. Sabri has worked wonders with what he has got. Get a good new striker may mean 2 upfront. A fantastic pre-season by Richardson or Gabriel may mean the RB slot is filled, Mcguane might already be the base of the diamond upgrade on Watson?
Like pretty much everyone I’d like to see an incoming of a similar quality to Lolley to ease that burden, particularly with shin splints

Yeah also agree, hopefully sabri just lost his head a bit in the relentless nature of the run in. It was pretty intense

The worse thing we can do is rip it all up and start again.
