Sabri Will He Stay Be Sacked Or Quit
What happened to Sabri meeting EM in this country whilst he is over here for the Wolves v Olympiakos game? I’m confused.
And why has this not already been sorted? Why the delay?

I got the talks bit right but the destination wrong  :)

Assumed with Olympiakos flying in at mid day today for their game with Wolves that the talks would be in the UK.

Nothing to be confused about.

Seems to me that this should’ve been resolved by now if Sabri's job is on the line.
Much more likely that these are further talks to rubber stamp transfer policy, budget & individual targets.

They have best be sorting out targets as only 5 weeks until the start of the season.

That's certainly what the news articles suggest. Looks like they're definitely sticking with Sabri and he's sticking with them - for the short term at least.

I just assumed the talks would be over here with Wolves playing Olympiakos. You would imagine that Sabri is flying back with EM and the Olympiakos squad as we speak and that talks will continue over the next few days.

Sounds like mendes is still involved heavily. Not sure how I feel about that...

Mendez is going to be involved at one level or another; he is Lamouchi's agent.

It is worth noting that despite rumours of a fall out between EM and Mendez, which is rumoured to have originated with the transfer of Podence in January, Lamouchi went on to sign the contract extension a Month ago.

Whatever their differences are, they are nor preventing them from acting in a professional manner.

And there is obviously no pressure being applied to Lamouchi to play Carvalho either.

I am not sure how big a part he has played in our recruitment.

We know he represents Carvalho, Goncalves and Dias, and he would probably have contacts with Semedo via Benfica but Ribeiro, Silva and Figueredo all have different agents who compete with Mendez.

We look a lot better without his help.

#nffc Head Coach Sabri Lamouchi has met with owner Evangelos Marinakis, CEO and heads of recruitment to discuss plans for next season.    Forest targeting much stronger transfer window than January’s.

That won't be hard.  :D

I'd kind of hoped that they were discussing which target they would obtain on the prepared list of A B C and not Z this time in diakhaby. Sanctioning the spend rather than identifying players, that should of already been done.

Yeah, it has gone horribly wrong for Wolves as well dealing with Mendes  :D

To be fair nobody knows what they are talking about. It's all behind closed doors.
