Nottingham Forest - Stoke City
Somewhere in Nottingham right now there is a young lad called Joao with his feet up cracking a beer and a little smirk on his face.

Well at least we can now go and focus on the bargain basement signings.

Can’t sack Sabri- we’re gonna lose players, prob Cash, Worrall, Lolley, Samba?

Don’t even think he wants to play the way we have been- the the personnel we have

A 7 goal swing though...!!!?

What the hell did we do.

Sooooooo many lost points any of which would have seen us there.

Sorry but this feels worsen than Yeovil, worse than Sheffield u
We couldn’t keep 10 man Derby out when we were leading at 93 minutes. In a nutshell it’s results like that have defined the season. Woeful absolutely woeful. Apart from Grabban who’s going to get 20 goals a season ? You need 2 strikers of that quality to go up.

Problem is that as a result of pandemic the prediction is that big money transfers will be a lot less. Might mean getting big money for Worrall, Cash or Lolley will be harder.

But at least one will need to go and that money will need reinvesting in good quality. We can't do bargain basement forever but nor can we do lavish foreigners.

The Carvalho signing has not worked. If we can get back half what we paid then that would be good.

Still pinching myself. Only we seem to be able to steel such defeat from the jaws of victory.

To lose so badly. To show virtually no desire going forward even when a goal was essential. Once we conceded we never looked like scoring. Didn't come close but I guarantee any other team in our situation and they would be knocking down the door in desperation.

There is just something not right with the club and I do fear what might happen next season.

One thing is for certain, if things are going to change then they need to act fast. This will not be a long gap between seasons

To be truthful I`m more concerned about what will happen in the next few weeks with regards to our better players, will we see the likes of Grabban, Cash and Lolley wanting out and will the owner finally get us some quality in, I`m sick of seeing players coming in from abroad taking up a jersey and being a total c**k up, we could have the likes of Taylor, Colback and a few others from these shores who know the league and are a vast improvement on the shower we have here
