Preston - Nottingham Forest

Samba
Jenkinson
Fig
Worrall
Bong

Semedo
Sow
Yates

Carvalho
Da Costa
Mighten

If we need reinforcements, Ameobi to come off the bench.

All agreed? Or would people put Dawson in for Worrall? Bostock for Semedo?

Not convinced we can take our foot off the pedal just yet.

Both of us were a goal down.
Both of us emptied the subs bench.
Preston’s subs came up with the goods with 3 goals.
Tells me that Alex Neill has more options open to him on Saturday.

But all against a Wednesday side that are going backwards at the moment.

It would be madness to change both our full backs for players who have not featured since Feb/March or have not played yet this season! Jenkinson and Bong will both be out of touch with the rest of the team attack wise, so unless forced upon, I would not take the risk.

The success to our season so far depends largely on a fast counter attack, which I feel Carvalho is not up to. He can't hold the ball up like Lolley or Ameobi and is too lightweight when challenged. Da Costa does have the pace, as does Mighten. Would Bong and Jenkinson have the presence of mind to bomb down the outside to support the likes of Carvalho and Mighten?

Sorry Stirred, but its a no from me, as Saturdays game is far too important to risk errors taking place. Let us cement our place in the play offs first, then rest a few of our regular starters

A win vs Preston is a must.

It would make Forest all but safe.

Preston's poor run of form will be a gift vs Forest.

For them.

Let's win this one, Forest?

Let's get the job done before we start tinkering too much. Don't mind one or two changes but no more than that.
