With Sow we have 39 points from 18 games
Without Sow we have 22 points from 20 games
Over the season if he had played every game and assuming the same ppg we would have 82 points which would have us 9 points clear at the top of the Championship.
If he had not played at all and picked up the same ppg we would have 41 points putting us equal 21st and in the drop zone. Almost certainly would have cost Lamouchi his job too.
Flawed I know but food for thought.
Yes. Agreed.

That is a staggering statistic. Shame Colback was injured in Jan as he would have been ideal stand in. 22 points from 20 games!! Any win on Sunday puts us in a better position with the top 6 fixtures. Just the sort of fixture we have messed up though this season....now would be a good time to put that right.

Absolutely SM. Finally we have hope!
He’s been training for last 2 weeks.
the issue is getting him match fit and then keeping him fit.
he needs to be managed through games so hopefully he is good to go if we get to play offs.
he won’t be able to play 2 games a week

If we can move him on in the summer I'd support it.
Good as he may be, he is of no use if he can hardly ever play.
Another year older and he is going to play even less.

Won't really be much good for the play offs then if he can't play two games in a week!

Are we 100% sure that photo is from yesterday?
Also it doesn't really prove anything other than Sow can actually stand on the grass!

Yep, here he is.
Can he even bend his left leg?
Now I have seen the photo my optimism has dwindled again.

I am not sure what people are expecting from him; he was injured, had three months off like the rest of the team and now has to get match fit.
That will take him much longer than the players who were not injured.
I would be amazed if he plays this Sunday or even the following Saturday for that matter

People are disappointed and sad. He's crucial to our team and to our chances of promotion.
It's not about what we are expecting from him.

Three months is a long time to recover from an injury that was allegedly week to week before the lockdown though.
I think its right to expect he would have recovered by now or confirmed that he will need surgery. Also only going to get match fit by playing!
Although at this point may as well try and ride it out till end of season and have surgery after that
