He's in the training pictures posted on the website so guess he's close to or ready for a return. Sow definitely misses the Millwall game though.

One change for #nffc tonight – Alfa Semedo comes in for Tiago Silva who has a groin injury.

John Bostock is back on the Forest bench but there is no place for Samba Sow who is still not fit.

Damn. If ever a game was made for Sow it's Millwall. Will be a big miss but I suppose they want to get him 100% fit and keep him fit instead of him being in for one game and then out for three.

Not been in either squad though so not sure I believe that. I think the clubs lack of communication surrounding injuries is so frustrating, was the same last season too.

I'm literally defending the clubs on another thread but communication is definitely a major fault. I'm sure everyone would agree and I'm sure the journalists are asking these questions. Its difficult when they only get to talk to Sabri though
