He did sign on deadline day - there were pictures on his insta page in the boardroom
the rules don’t dictate that international clearance has to be received by the close of the deadline.
to get the required clearance, certain paperwork had to be completed by Barcalona and then the Spanish FA have to grant the clearance. They are renowned for being slow.

as far as I am aware, he has been training with us since the end of Jan.
