I don't know but I am sure he wasn't injured. Jock also alluded to it a few weeks ago and I know who Jock knows.

The 45 mins he played last night were his best since the start of the season by some distance. Has he been carrying an injury which he is just getting over?
Anyway hope he can keep it up because if he does we go a long way towards solving the “how do we manage without Sow” problem.

I agree SM. He was very good at the start of the season so we know what he is capable of. If we can get him back to that form then he can help us a lot. There is a player in there.

Reason he was good last night is because we played 4-1-4-1 he wasn't asked to stick to DM and played as a box to box it suits him.

Hasn't he just had a baby too- thats going to have a big effect physically and mentally

think he needs some shoot practice though- the corner flag was more at risk than Smithies goal!
