i guess Charlton are back to strength now but i watched them play Derby who were down to 10 men for a long time, Charlton were absolutely woeful that game, that bad the ref felt sorry for them and gave them a penalty but they still managed to concede against 10 men and lose at home, that game the team looked rammed full of inexperienced and lightweight kids, no doubt tomorrows fixture will be differant.
The only problem is how do we let poor sides have the ball for 70% of the time?

Yes but I saw a bit of their game against Millwall yesterday. That bad run of form is over IMO. Blowing wind, soggy pitch, it had a Milwall win written all over it but they took control of the game from the off and got out of there with a massive win. That takes some doing and shows some character. I expect them to win the league now without too much bother.

Anyone know what the conditions are like near the ground? Must be danger of flooding this morning.

It's the f@(king traffic that the biggest problem. Took me 3 hrs to get from the old Beechdale baths to Trent Bridge having left at 3!. Everything was gridlocked, even the cheeky little shortcuts in the Meadows were gridlocked. Use public transport if you can tomorrow would be my tip.

Oh yeah lots of big puddles this morning around NG2, now alot of slush too after a 75 minute blizzard at lunchtime. I imagine the pitch will be very soft tomorrow night... perfect for Sow, but also good for a park the bus defence!!

This could be the big easy which seems to of alluded us all season, Charlton may even focus more on there next 2 games after us at home to Blackburn and Luton as there home form is very respectable, they got a draw v Fulham and beat WBA

Hopefully they may rest a few key players, hopefully have a nightmare journey up from South London and be knackered though as we speak they might already be checked into the Lace Market hotel and knocking  back the slammers as we speak

Charlton lost away at Stoke 3.1, 1.1 at HT, Charlton had 45% possession, picked up 5 yellows though Stoke made 22 fouls compared to Charltons 15, Stoke got no yellows at all

Charlton manager Lee Bowyer:
