Took us 20 touches to get briefly out our own half v Wednesday and came straight back to keeper again, with no urgency to reduce the rather large deficit, need movement, energy, battling, tenacity and a bit of skill

Changes. There will be changes.

Hopefully he can bring in Benno onto the bench and Fig back into the 1st team. Hopefully Sow can make the bench.

Rib' back into the 1st team? Could be another bencher.

The question is does The Coach have the options to change the team in the significant areas of attack or even elsewhere. Are Benno, Rib', Sow match fit? I suspect Car' will be dropped to the subs bench. He won't be the only one.

He can't bench the whole 11. Dawson and Worrall had a mare. Will he drop both?

Cash, Samba, Yates and Grabban keep their places. For me, the only ones that came out of that lack lustre disaster with any degree of credit. Amoebi maybe.

I want to see some fire in the player's belly. See how much they're hurting. If they put in another inept performance then they either don't give a S**t, or they've collectively rejected the manager and coaches.

But regardless, it'll be a difficult game IMO. I cant see a win. Just a few chances created would be progress after Saturday.

Forest didn't seem to have any fire or fight in them.  That was the worrying sign.

'Rejecting' another manager.  It wouldn't surprise me.  Modern players don't like hearing the truth.  They've paid a lot of money to 'fail.'

I think you've hit upon a key point here.  This is a crunch match and it will be very telling.

If Forest lose this one they can slide down the table further to 10th or something.  Lots of teams around them on the same points or close by.

Ironic.  Warburton's QPR are only 3 points behind Forest after the thumping Forest gave them.

Has The Coach got the options to shake things up?

'Some.'  Are Sow, Rib' and Benno' fit enough to come straight into the side?  Does he play Johnno or Mighten from the Youth set up to make his point?

Even if 'The Coach' wants to shake things up front.  Take Grabban away and what have you got?

Wednesday showed what it's like to have two key performers up front.  They smashed Forest 1st half.  And that's the 1st time that's happened this season.  

It's a pivotal moment, ironically, in almost a mirror image of last season.  Do Forest come fighting back or do they fold?

It's worth remembering that this current set up have only had one window. 

It was always going to take a bit longer than that.

The window slammed shut and the job was incomplete but we should take into account just how huge the job was.
