Joao Carvalho

Not sure why my earlier post went on 3 times-apologies.
Average today, but was at centre of our better moments in first half (of which there weren't many). Frustrating game all round, but did we expect anything different? Hoped for yes, but expected...no.

Im going to say it. Carvalho shouldnt be anywhere near the team with this form. Hes being carried and if he keeps being played, he's going to capsize our season. Id even swap him for Tomlin.

Here's an idea for Milwall. Try Chemea at right back, move cash forward.

Maybe like what happens with young players with talent...see Dowell and similar ... once they r found out, that's it ...one trick ponies ... we keep persisting with him cause of the money spent, if he was on loan like the other two that came with him, by now he would have been sent back...

Personally think he should currently be near the team, not in it, ie coming off the bench.

Cash has to stay at right back. Dawson in if fit for Figs, who will wake up in a cold sweat and see Madine. Sow to start and give us 60 mins if he's ready.

Yates sending off could not have come at a worse time with two of the sh1t h0ouse teams back to back. His aerial presence was missed today in midfield where only Watson won any heading duels.

I agree, big mistake we have made there.

Thought Carvalho did well but people need their whipping boy.

There were a lot worse performances on the pitch.

Whipping boy? I like the kid but 90% of what he did today was bad. Not good enough at the moment.

Yes mate, whipping boy.

90%!?

He did more effective passes in an attacking sense than Lolley, Adomah and Silva combined.

He just doesn't justify a place. Don't see him being around after this season tbh.

Still believe Semedo was the better fit today.

I don't have confidence in him starting to be honest . Rarely imposes himself
