Must win game for me. We can’t be loosing anymore ground on the top 2. And keep the sh***ers at arms length before we play them.

Happy to try and consolidate top six, stay there until January and then see how ambitious the owner really is.

i think our biggest weakness is beating lesser sides at home, next is beating lesser sides away, ie this fixture
hoping for no more tinkering, resting players and thinking we can get away with blooding a few players has to be strongest side, probably the 2 brick walls, possibly 2 or 3 DM's, sitting back and letting them look like Barcelona could be close Luton 1 Forest 26

I’m not yet convinced personally. if we have another January of signing the likes of Pele, Bonatini, etc and then everyone saying that January isn’t the best time to make signings, then it’s probably valid for it to be questionable. if we sign Gayle, Woods and Maddison then ambition can’t be questioned.

Maddison!
Why not go for Mbappe, Dybala and Sancho as well? Ambition has to be balanced against finances, and they are very much in the spot light after Derby's antics. If the Wood's you allude to is Chris Woods then I would say there is no chance as he is a regular at Burnley. Gayle would be a great loan but there is more chance of Steve Bruce selling us a virus than a player who is half decent; it will not happen.

I’m guessing Maddison is the Peterborough one not the Leicester one

Chris Wood, a first team starter at Burnley... no chance. Nor would realistically expect it. Maddison at Boro I'd welcome. No doubt they'd have our pants down with a fee mind.
