My third favourite Forest goalkeeper of all time after Shilton and Van Breukelen.

Never thought Van Breukelen got the praise he deserved to be honest. He was fantasic for us as I recall, but was always 'Peter Shilton's replacement'.

I agree Pap, Van Breukelen was tremendous, he wasn't far behind Shilton in my opinion. Fantastic goalkeeper. 73 caps for Holland tells you everything you need to know.

Tony Woodcock, born in Eastwood, Tony played youth football for Priory Celtic.

He signed a contract with Nottingham Forest in 1974. After loan spells at Lincoln City and Doncaster Rovers, Woodcock broke into the Forest first team in 1976/77, helping the team to promotion to the First Division, the following season he was part of the Forest tam that won the English Title and the season after that he lifted the European Cup for his local team.

In total Woodcock made 129 appearances for Forest and scored 36 goals.

I wonder what would Ian Storey-Moore be worth today?

Brilliant player who almost managed a goal every other game.

Two eventual European Cup winners on that photo. Wonder what part Duncan might have played in that if he hadnt gone to Dirty Leeds? Was he good enough?

Yes he was good enough, if only he had stayed a few months more until Cloughie arrived.

Incidentally it was Cloughie who took him away from Forest when he was manager at Leeds.

Poor player in my opinion ^

Then again anyone would have struggled trying to fill the void left by Stan Collymore.

Spot on Jasper, couldn't agree more.
