Hello All. Ive got caught up in all the enthusiasm and decided to join you. A bit about me, Season ticket holder since 1991, we of got to Wembley that year, I just assumed that would be routine, I’ve never been back.
For some reason this year seems like it could be different. Have said the same before of course but lets see, just maybe....COYR

I would add that yes these two signings on paper are brilliant and you would think for the price tag we are getting some good talent but for me i'm keeping myself grounded as much as possible before i start saying forest are back. I'm totally prepared to give AK and these two new players a good season to settle in and get the style of play right.
The next few signings will now really tell us what kind of season we will have i believe.

Don't think it's just the 2 Portuguese lads why people are thinking that Forest are back Mcforest.
It's the whole aura of the club at the moment, off the field the set up is top class with professional staff filling every position.
Season ticket sales are at a record high and the manager is being backed with cash to make key siginings.
Such a change from previous years isn't it?

The thing is we have been here before so many times saying this is our year, this is where it all changes and such. So after having those ups and downs i have decided to not get carried away and to play the long game with forest now.
For example we have do have what sounds like some very attacking players but one thing we know about AK is that he plays very defensive slow football, in a structured formation in which players are not given freedom to express themselves and it caused a player revolt twice at middlesbrough. I can see that if we carry on from last season fans will quickly turn and the pressure builds from the board, who are not afraid to rip up plans and change managers and change club ethos.
Off the pitch it sounds like good work going on and that has been needed for so long now which i'm delighted about but what i'm saying is they have only done a year here lets not get ahead of ourselves. Lets not forget it wasn't that long ago we were thinking Fawas was the man for bring BD back and we were moving in the right direction with him.

If we pull off the signings of Podence, Soudani, Robinson, Byram, Pantillimon and Byram in the coming days then I have to say that...
FOREST ARE BACK!

Maybe when we are performing successfully we can sing this to that very famous tune:
Were coming home, were coming home, were coming
Forest are coming home
Were coming home, were coming home, were coming
Forest coming home
Were coming home, were coming home, were coming
Forest coming home
Two Stars on our shirt
European cups still gleaming
Twenty years of hurt
But I know we can play, 'cause I remember
Never stopped me dreaming
So many jokes, so many sneers
But all those "Oh, so near"s wear you down through the years
But I still see that tackle by Gaza and when Pearcy scored
Stanley belting the ball, and Cloughie dancing
Two Stars on our shirt
European cups still gleaming
Twenty years of hurt
But I know we can play, 'cause I remember
Never stopped me dreaming
Were coming home, were coming home, were coming
Forest are coming home
Were coming home, were coming home, were coming
Forest coming home
Were coming home, were coming home, were coming
Forest coming home
