Dirty Alfreton thug. Doe's anyone know the name of the 'player' who chopped him?

Is he going to wake up with a horses head Sniff?

Sniffer's on the warpath...

@DomSmithy is his Twitter name. Unsurprisingly his account is currently protected now people have twigged it was him.

He’ll be dining out on that for months...

I heard Sunday that it was a bad injury. Minimum 3 months. Maybe bull but the picture suggests it was spot on!

Really hope that’s not true!

Are we asking too much for an update from the club on Carvalho's injury?

Maybe they're still waiting on scan results. I remember when Britt got his bad injury the club tweeted about it within a couple of days. Hopefully the lack of any update will mean it's not *that* bad at least.

There was just an 'update' on the Post. I put it in quotes because it didn't really say anything, other than the club are hopeful he'll return to training before the start of the season.

5 or 6 weeks lost then on Carvalho. And all the shape work that's no doubt been going on without the most important player in the squad.

It's a proper set-back as we'll be starting the season on the back foot.

Looks like Carvalho will miss the rest of preseason then so he will be playing catch up fitness wise. Not good is it?
