The 2019 Summer Clearout
No doubt about it, the squad is bloated and needs slimming down.

Yeh it will be fairly easy to significantly slim down.

Aryibi, Cummings, Bridcutt, Tachtsidis ( 100% sold with Lecce promotion), Walker, Grant, Vellios, Ansarifard are easy to offload either on loan or small fees.

It will be interesting to see what happens to some of the ageing squad players:

Hefele, Dawson, Watson, Yacob, Guedioura, Murphy

I would expect at least a couple of those to leave.

Hope you are right Reds73. I think it might be more difficult than we think but hope not.

I can't see Grabban staying, and to be honest I can see O'Neill shipping him out, I really thought that O'Neill had turned a corner, but obviously not.

hes had 8 permanent clubs. 13 if include loans.  question would have to be asked why does he keep moving.

There is a question mark over his fitness, a big question mark.

I wouldn't be overly sad if he went and we got half decent money.

Yes, probably Jock.

If he stays what will we get next season?

The Grabban from the first half of this season or the Grabban from the second half of this season?

If the answer is the second half then I would rather we cashed in (if we can because of his injuries and maybe attitude).

The problem is, who do they go out and replace Grabban with, should he be moved on or leaves.

Surely not Murphy.
