Been quite a bit of moaning in the past few seasons about how difficult it is to get tickets but that’s far from the truth this season!
Couldnt believe the festive fixtures hit general sale.
Perhaps a mix of added Europa games and the natural drop off of being more established in the PL?

Got to question professionalism of these players. Spurs are playing well because villa are giving them every opportunity to do so Something a bit off about it, like they're putting faith in Bournemouth not catching them and Europa League

The only problem is that to do that Bournemouth would have to beat us.
Just imagine if we were safe by the last game and Bournemouth needed a win to overtake villa. Would we return the favour?

Watch villa now try for the last 15 minutes but come up short - seems I was wrong. They aren't even going to give it a go now the game is lost

You are absolutely right. Never felt the win at Sunderland would be enough and tonight has been massive. However if we can put six points between ourselves and west ham tomorrow then that might be enough given they have a poor goal difference and have arsenal next.
Let's hope the Chelsea players choose not to play for the new interim manager tomorrow

Surely the players must be a little bothered about using it as a training match?
I know it was just before the whistle at the end but a Villa player got the ball and to try get out of a tackle tried to back spin around the player you don’t do that in a proper match (maybe the player new the game was finished I don’t know)
Losing three on the bounce ain’t gonna do any of them good
Bournemouth are on a better run then we ever had last season, 15 games unbeaten in the league 7 wins 8 draws. Villa have Burnley Man City and Liverpool still to come. Bournemouth have city and Fulham and us
If mcginn is actually injured they still might need 5th to get champions league.

Personally I think some are reading too much into this.
Villa have a very very strong squad and they can make 7 changes no problem at all.
It's not as if they put a bunch of kids in or something.
They lost last week at Fulham and they lost on Thursday against us too.
Spurs played very well and Villa are struggling for a bit of form at the minute.
It happens.

My frustration wasn’t necessarily the 7 changes, it was the complete lack of anything resembling effort.
They rolled over last night. Their fans are furious and when every result matters so much, I think every forest fan that’s p*ssed off is justified.
All changes again if we get something today, but I expected more from Villa to at least try to play.

Focus on us, do what we can for ourselves, rely on no-one. We can pretty much secure safety today, come on boys get after them, then focus on Thursday night.
