The Premier League 2025/26
Leed might be getting twitchy as they have to play both spurs and wet spam.

Those results keeping Leeds honest is about the only good thing. Hopefully they'll take points off one of West Ham or Spurs or ideally both.

That was Spurs' easiest remaining game by far though.

But they have an easy 3 points before with Burnley and then may be on the beach…

Can’t see West Ham and spurs both winning away at Brentford and Villa next week…

And it kept a last minute save to keep them ahead.

But a win is a win and we know that these things can change mentality particularly as they came so close against Brighton as well.  It's fascinating for a neutral but frustrating if you are still involved. I was really hoping wolves would hold out.

So all 3 teams (Spuds, Wet Spam and us) win. Spuds and Wet Spam improve GD by 1 goal, we imrpove by 5 against Sunderland away. I know who I call the "winners" of this weekend...

Sorry but the 10 pints of Kronengerg and the 5 pints of Stella makes me say silly things but how about we just worry about our own taem because we can't change what happens to other teams. I personally don't care about anyone around us we just need to make sure we do what we need to do....Just me and my beer talking.........oh still drinking a 20 year old whiskey

Just frustrating that it kind of felt over last night and we could rest players at Chelsea. Wolves are dreadful so no surprise spurs won really, gutted about that West Ham goal though.

Think that Newcastle game at the CG is massive to be the one to get us to 42.

Newcastle could be getting twitchy too. If they lose today they're only three ahead of us with the same or worse goal difference and they still have to play us and West Ham.

Unlikely that four other teams get to 42 points or more but not impossible.

Newcastle not exactly safe or in good form either. Would be amusing if they got proper dragged into it due to everyone else hitting form

Results today keeps us focused. We're in pole position. The prize is ours to lose.
